Chopped Steak Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bottle kendall jackson chardonnay, 1 hamburger patty (any size will do), 1 container leftovers (any kind will do) and 1 dessert (candy), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Do not over-chill!
Most people over-chill their white wines. If you can, pull out of the refrigerator early and let it stand for a few minutes. Open bottle carefully.
Most white wines do not need to breath, but do yourself a favor - let it stand a little while.
Disregard the above on Friday nights - any temperature is okay.
Just open the stuff!
