Chocolate Swirl Coffee Cake
Chocolate Swirl Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. flaked coconut, 1/4 c. chopped nuts, 1/4 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. margarine, melted and 2 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Use an 8 x 8 x 2-inch greased pan.
Stir together the coconut, nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon melted margarine; set aside. Mix the Bisquick, 1/4 cup sugar, remaining melted butter, the egg and milk.
Pour into pan.
Spoon chocolate over batter and with knife cut through batter (marble effect).
Sprinkle coconut mixture on top.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400Β°.
