Chocolate Cheesecake
Chocolate Cheesecake is an easy dinner. Made with 8 1/2 oz. chocolate cookies, finely crushed*, 1/3 c. melted butter and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix the above ingredients until well blended; pat into a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Put in refrigerator while mixing the Cheese Filling.
(I used a small food processor for the cookies and sugar and used potato masher to press down crumbs.)
