Chinese Pork Salad
Chinese Pork Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. pork strips (marinated in 1/2 c. oriental stir-fry sauce), 3 green onions, sliced, 1/2 red bell pepper, diced, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed and drained and 1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large nonstick skillet, stir-fry pork over medium high heat about 4 to 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, toss pork with remaining ingredients.
