Chili with Rice
Chili With Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small green pepper, chopped, 1 pkg. chili seasoning mix, 1 can kidney beans, do not drain and 15 oz. can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat, adding chopped green pepper and seasoning mix in a large skillet over medium heat.
Stir in water, tomato sauce and beans.
Reduce heat to slightly boiling and cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add corn and cooked rice.
Cook 10 more minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream and salsa or eat plain with crackers.
