Chili Rellenos Casserole
Chili Rellenos Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated, 2 (7 oz.) cans oretago green chiles, 1 1/2 cans evaporated milk (3 small) and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Split chiles.
Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Layer chiles and Cheddar cheese, chiles and Cheddar cheese.
Mix milk, eggs and seasonings and pour over cheese mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Top with tomato sauce, then Jack cheese.
Bake 15 more minutes until bubbly.
