Chili-Mac Skillet
Chili-Mac Skillet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 lb. ground beef, 3/4 c. onion, chopped, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) red kidney beans, drained, 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce and 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large skillet brown meat, drain fat.
Add onion and cook until tender.
Stir in beans, tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, uncooked pasta, green chiles, chili powder, garlic salt and 1/4 cup water.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat.
Cover, simmer 20 minutes, stirring often.
Top with cheese, cover until cheese melts.
