Chili Elbows
Chili Elbows is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 lb. lean ground beef, 2 to 3 tbsp. chili powder, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown onion and beef in the margarine. Add salt, chili powder, catsup, soup and water.
Cook slowly, 20 to 30 minutes or until desired thickness. In the meantime, cook macaroni according directions. Place macaroni on platter or individual plates.
Chili and serve.
Very good served with garlic bread, cheese, carrot sticks, etc.
