Chili Con Carne
Chili Con Carne is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. chopped onions, 2 cloves garlic and 2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a 2-quart saucepan, melt oil and brown beef.
Add onions and garlic; pour off excess fat.
Add beans, soup, salt, water, chili powder, vinegar and pepper.
Stir well.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally. Serve with cornbread or rice.
