Chili Citrus Chicken
Chili Citrus Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1/2 tsp. ground cumin, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In small dish, mix together chili powder, cumin, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
Rub mixture on each chicken breast half.
In frypan, place oil and heat to medium temperature.
Add chicken and cook, turning, about 12 minutes or until chicken is brown and fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
Remove chicken to warm platter and keep warm.
