Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 lb. bacon, 1 onion, 3 cans whole tomatoes and 1 large can kidney beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut bacon in small pieces and fry in medium-size pot.
Add diced onion.
Fry well.
Add chopped meat, salt and pepper and brown.
Add tomatoes and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours.
Add kidney beans and cook 1/2 hour more.
Add chili powder.
Serve with shredded cheese and raw onion, if desired.
