Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 large green pepper, chopped, 16 oz. can whole tomatoes and 15 oz. can kidney beans (undrained), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In large skillet, brown beef, onion, green pepper.
Drain excess fat.
Break up whole tomatoes.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cook in a Dutch oven at 350Β°until bubbly.
Stir to keep from burning. If hotter chili desired, add hot peppers (bottled) and some of the pepper juice to suit your own taste. Serves 5 to 6 persons.
