Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium onions, chopped, 1 green pepper, chopped, 2 tbsp. oil, 2 lb. hamburger and 16 oz. tomatoes, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In pot, saute onions and green pepper in oil.
Add hamburger; cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
Drain fat.
Stir in tomatoes, cut up, and tomato sauce, ketchup, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in chili beans.
Simmer 15 minutes longer.
