Chili
Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger meat, 1 small onion, diced, 1 can chili beans, 1 1/2 qt. tomato juice and 1 pkg. chili mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large pot, brown the meat and drain well. I always rinse and drain meat well. Put in your package of chili mix and add tomato juice and chili beans. I always diced the onion while I'm browning the meat and cook the meat and onion together. Let the chili cook on low or simmer for 1 hour. You may add spaghetti if you want.
