Chickpea Tahini-Hummus *

Made with 1 (20 oz.) can cooked chickpeas, 2 tbsp. chickpea packing liquid, 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain the chickpeas but save the liquid.
Put the chickpeas, 2 tablespoons packing liquid, lemon juice, garlic and salt in food processor and purΓ©e.
Add a small amount of additional packing liquid to facilitate blending together.
Add the sesame tahini and blend it into the chickpea mixture.
Serve with pita bread or raw vegetables.
