Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups
Chicken Tortilla Roll-Ups is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. or 1 (5 oz.) can chopped cooked chicken, drained, 1/4 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. mild picante sauce, 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tbsp. light sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients; stir until well blended.
Place 1 lettuce leaf on each flour tortilla.
Spread with 1/4 cup chicken mixture down center of each leaf.
Fold lettuce leaf over filling.
Roll up tortillas, enclosing filling.
Wrap each filled tortilla, seam side down, in plastic wrap.
Makes 4.
