Chicken Tortellini Soup
Chicken Tortellini Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 (10 3/4 oz.) cans reduced-sodium chicken broth, 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 to 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger or 1 tsp. dried and 1 (7 oz.) pkg. dried cheese-filled tortellini, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine chicken broth, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger in saucepan.
Bring to a simmer.
Add tortellini and bok choy stems; simmer 15 minutes, removing tortellini after it tests done.
