Chicken Quesadillas Ole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cooked chicken, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, monterey cheese, shredded and flour tortilla shells, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute peppers, onions and mushrooms in butter until tender. Place some pepper mixture on flour shell.
Sprinkle with cheese. Fold in half; secure with toothpick.
