Chicken Quesadillas
Chicken Quesadillas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of chicken soup, 2 c. chopped cooked chicken, 1 c. shredded cheese, 1 tbsp. jalapeño pepper and 8 flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine soup, chicken, 1/2 cup cheese and jalapeño pepper.
Top half of each tortilla with 1/4 cup soup mixture, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edge.
Moisten edges of tortillas with water; fold over, pressing edges to seal.
On large baking sheets, arrange filled tortillas.
Bake at 400° for 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Serve with salsa and sour cream.
Makes 4 servings.
