Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, 1 can cream of onion soup or cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 tsp. black pepper, 1 c. buttermilk and 2 c. reserved broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook chicken.
Remove from bone and cut in small pieces. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
In a saucepan, mix and bring to a boil soup and broth.
In a bowl, mix melted margarine, pepper, flour and buttermilk.
Mix thoroughly to form a batter.
Pour broth and soup mixture over chicken.
Add peas and spoon the batter over top.
Bake at 425Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
