Chicken Pot Pie
Chicken Pot Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick of butter, 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, boiled, skinned, deboned and cut in chunks, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. broth and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
In large bowl, put chicken and cream of chicken soup.
Add broth and vegetables; stir well. Pour into baking dish (with melted butter).
Stir together flour and milk; pour over chicken mixture.
Bake 1 hour 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Serves 6.
