Boil chicken until tender.
Remove meat from bones and place into the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking dish.
Mix soup and broth in bowl and pour over chicken.
Add vegetables.
In a separate bowl, cut margarine into flour with fork until crumbly.
Add milk. Drizzle evenly over chicken and broth mixture. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
Serve hot from the oven.
