Chicken Nuggets

Cut chicken into 1-inch strips; combine milk and egg.
Dip chicken pieces into mixture.
Mix flour, garlic salt, onion salt, pepper, paprika and potato flakes.
Dip chicken in flour mixture. Heat oil (test oil with drop of water; if it pops, it's ready). Put in chicken pieces; fry for 5 minutes on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy or sauces.
