Chicken Fried Rice
Chicken Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pound chicken breasts (diced), 2 tbsp. minced garlic, 3 tbsp. sesame oil, 4 cups rice (cooked) and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a pan or wok heat oil on medium heat.
Saut garlic and chicken till chicken is completely cooked.
(Watch heat so that the garlic doesn't burn.)
In a separate pan scramble eggs till completely cooked.
When chicken is cooked add soy sauce, then the cooked rice.
Mix well, then add eggs.
Mix thoroughly and season with salt and pepper, onion powder and red pepper flakes if desired.
Makes 4-6 servings.
