Chicken Fajitas
Chicken Fajitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 (3 oz. each) skinned boneless chicken breast halves, 1/3 c. lemon juice, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped and 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In a plastic bag combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and bouillon. Add chicken (I like to cut my chicken into strips).
Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
Remove chicken from marinade; grill, broil or quick-fry basting with marinade.
Slice into strips after cooking if marinated whole.
Place chicken strips on warmed tortillas.
Top with cheese.
Garnish as desired.
Fold and serve immediately.
