Chicken Enchiladas
Chicken Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with boned chicken breast, 1 green bell pepper, jar pimentos, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Boil chicken until tender; save broth.
Saute bell pepper and pimentos in broth.
Add cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup.
Mix with chicken, cut in small pieces.

Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
