Chicken Diane
Chicken Diane is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 whole, boned chicken breasts, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 1/4 c. worcestershire and 1 tbsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook chicken in butter in heavy skillet, 10 minutes on each side.
Reserve pan drippings.
Put chicken on platter, keep warm. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard and salt to pan drippings.
Cook, stirring until heated.
Stir in onions and parsley.
Pour over chicken and serve.
