Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can mixed vegetables, drained, 6 pieces chicken (thighs, legs and breasts), 1 can chicken soup (condensed), 1 can chicken broth (measured in soup can) and 4 tbsp. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook chicken in water until tender; remove from broth and let cool.
Remove skin and bones from chicken.
Cut in small pieces. Drain mixed vegetables and mix with chicken and condensed soup and can of broth in casserole dish with rice.
Cover with pie crust and bake at 350Β° in oven for at least an hour or until brown.
Remove from oven and it's ready to serve.
