Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. chicken (4 breasts or use breast, legs and thighs to equal 2 lb.), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 8 oz. sour cream and 1/2 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake chicken for 1 hour at 350°.
Remove from bone; cut or tear into small thin strips.
Put chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Prepare stuffing according to directions on box.
Spread or drop stuffing on top of chicken mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes more.
