Cook chicken until tender.

Cool and debone.

Keep the broth to use later.

In a saucepan, prepare stuffing and use broth instead of water.

Warm the cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup of the broth.

Mix until creamy.

Heat the mixed vegetables and set aside. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam and alternate layers of chicken, vegetables, stuffing and soup.

When finished, cover with foil and bake in a 375Β° oven and cook until bubbly.
