Chicken Casserole
Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice, 1 to 3 lb. cooked and deboned chicken, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream and 1 pkg. ritz crackers, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large casserole dish, pour rice and spread to cover bottom of dish.
Place chicken on top of rice.
Mix together sour cream and soup.
Spoon over chicken and spread so that it covers the chicken.
Sprinkle crushed crackers over soup and cream mixture. Drizzle butter over crackers.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. It is delicious!
