Chicken and Rice Casserole
Chicken And Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. minute rice, 3/4 c. water, 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup, 6 to 8 servings of chicken and 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix 2 cups Minute rice with 3/4 cup water and 1 can of soup. Put in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Lay chicken on top.
Don't overlap or the chicken won't brown.
Sprinkle 1 package onion soup mix over chicken.
Cover loosely with aluminum foil.
Bake for 2 hours in a 350Β° oven.
If using boneless, skinless chicken, cook for 1 hour.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
