Cherry Nut Salad
Cherry Nut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (6 oz.) black cherry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 can cherry pie filling and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, mix gelatin and water until dissolved.
Add pineapple and pie filling.
Stir and mix well.
Put in refrigerator to set.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Do not overbeat.
Spread on top of gelatin mixture and sprinkle with nuts.
