Cheesecake Cupcakes
Cheesecake Cupcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 18 vanilla wafers, 16 oz. cream cheese, 2 tsp. vanilla, 2 eggs and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Line muffin tins with 18 cupcake liners.
Put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cupcake liner.
Beat the cream cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar together for 5 minutes.
Pour enough mixture over each of the vanilla wafers to fill the cupcake liners about 3/4 full.
Bake at 375Β° for 12 to 15 minutes (cracks on top when done).
Put cherry pie filling on top of each one. Refrigerate.
