Made with 1/3 c. melted margarine, 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. regular cream cheese, softened to room temperature and 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 300Β°.

Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar. Press firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.

In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Add eggs one at a time, beating approximately 2 minutes between each egg.

Add lemon juice and grated rind.

Mix well.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

Cool. Chill.

Remove side of pan.

Top with fresh fruit or serve plain.
