Cheese Vegetable Soup
Cheese Vegetable Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. water, 10 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables or frozen broccoli, 2 cans cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom and 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dump both cans of soup into large pot.
Whisk soup as you add water.
Add vegetable of choice.
Cook until partially tender. Add Velveeta, stirring constantly until melted, over medium heat. If you don't, the cheese will scorch bottom of the pot and will possibly boil over.
