Cheese Macaroni
Cheese Macaroni is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 c. milk, 10 oz. extra sharp cheese and 1 lb. elbow noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add flour and cook until smooth.
Add milk; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Add diced cheese when sauce begins to thicken.
Boil water for noodles; add salt.
After noodles are cooked, remove and drain; put in buttered dish.
Add melted cheese sauce to macaroni and sprinkle with crushed crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
