Champagne Salad
Champagne Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 (10 oz.) tin frozen sliced strawberries (including juice) and 1/2 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine cream cheese and sugar.
In a different bowl, combine pineapple, strawberries, nuts, bananas and Cool Whip. Add this mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir.
Freeze entire mixture in a 13 x 9-inch pan for about 8 hours. Set out about 20 minutes before serving. Serve while still partially frozen.
