Cauliflower Salad
Cauliflower Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with cauliflower, broken into bite size pieces, lettuce, ripped into pieces, . bacon, cooked crisp and broken into pieces, garbanzo beans and large onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer in dish with lid (Tupperware kind): lettuce, cauliflower, garbanzo beans, bacon, onion and mayonnaise spread over top.
Sprinkle sugar over mayonnaise and then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
Cover.
Refrigerate overnight.
