Caramel Ribbon Brownies
Caramel Ribbon Brownies is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag kraft caramels, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 chocolate cake mix, 3/4 c. butter, melted and 12 oz. bag chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Mix together cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Spread 1/2 of the cake mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot baked crust.
Drizzle caramel mixture on top.
Spread the rest of the cake mixture on top.
Bake at 325° in glass dish or at 350° in other pans for 20 to 25 minutes.
