California Roast Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) round steak, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place steak in a baking dish.
Pour cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) over steak.
Sprinkle powdered onion soup on top. Cover entire baking dish with aluminum foil.
