Cajun-Style Chicken Nuggets
Cajun-Style Chicken Nuggets is an moderately easy family-friendly dish. Made with 1 envelope lipton onion or onion-mushroom soup mix, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. ground cumin and oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large bowl mix onion soup mix, bread crumbs, chili powder, cumin, thyme and pepper.
Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture; coating well.
In large skillet heat 1/2-inch oil and cook chicken over medium heat turning once until tender.
Drain on paper towel. Serve warm and could be served with assorted mustards.
Makes about 5 dozen.
