Caesar Salad
Caesar Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp. salt (optional), 1/8 tsp. dry mustard, 1/8 tsp. black pepper and 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Prepare lettuce and then in a separate bowl, add together the lemon juice, salad oil, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ground pepper, salt, mashed garlic and dry mustard.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or so to cool.
In a salad bowl, mix lettuce with dressing mixture and coat all pieces.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix, then the croutons and mix well.
Serve and enjoy.
