Cabbage Rolls
Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cabbage, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork sausage, 2 or 3 c. cooked rice and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Core and steam cabbage.
When wilted and cooled, peel off leaves.
Mix together raw beef, sausage, onion, cooked rice and salt and pepper to taste.
Put some of the mixture on a leaf and roll up like a sausage.
Place in large baking dish (8 1/2 x 13-inch) and cover with mixture of butter, hot water and cream of tomato soup.
Dot with a little butter, if desired.
Bake 1 hour at 300 to 350Β° until meat is done.
