Buttermilk Biscuits

Sift together twice flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Cut shortening into flour.
Combine buttermilk and light corn syrup.
Add to mixture.
Mix well.

Cut into desired shapes.
Place on baking sheet and bake at 450Β° for about 12 minutes.
