Brown beef and onion.

Add taco seasoning, pepper (if desired), oregano, parsley and sour cream. Add 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 of the taco sauce, mixing well. Place 2 or more tablespoons of mixture on tortilla shell and roll up.

Place, seam side down, in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with remaining cheese and taco sauce. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and the burritos are heated through.

This freezes well.
