Brown Sugar Coffee Cake
Brown Sugar Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. butter/margarine, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and 1 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine flour, sugar and salt.
Cut in butter until like fine meal.
Spread 2 1/2 cups of the mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased 7 x 11 x 2-inch baking pan.
Blend soda and nutmeg into remaining flour-sugar-butter mixture.
Combine egg and sour cream. Stir into flour mixture until just blended.
Spoon over crumb mixture in pan.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
