Broccoli Rice Casserole
Broccoli Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. cooked rice (1/2 c. raw), 2 c. fresh broccoli, chopped or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped, 3/4 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. margarine or butter and 1/2 c. cheese spread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In 10-inch skillet, saute chopped onions and broccoli in butter or margarine until onions are tender.
Cook rice according to package directions in 2-quart saucepan.
Add chicken soup and cheese spread to onions and broccoli.
Stir all this into cooked rice.
Grease 2-quart casserole dish with 1 teaspoon butter or margarine.
Pour mixture into this.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes or until it is bubbly.
