Broccoli Cheese Soup
Broccoli Cheese Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. frozen broccoli, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 bunch green onions, 1 lb. velveeta cheese and 1 can milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Microwave broccoli according to package directions.
Use 2 or 3 quart saucepan to saute onions in margarine.
Mix cream of chicken soup and milk and heat with the onion mixture.
Add chunks of cheese and slowly melt cheese into mixture.
This makes 3 or 4 large bowls of soup and is so good with cornbread.
A dash of cayenne pepper is good.
