Breakfast Burritos
Breakfast Burritos is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. bulk chorizo sausage, 2 tbsp. chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook sausage, onion and green pepper until done.
Drain.
Beat eggs, milk and black pepper together.
Melt butter in skillet. Add egg mixture.
Cook, without stirring, until eggs begin to set on bottom and around edges.
Using spatula, lift and fold partially cooked eggs so uncooked egg flows underneath.
Cook until done.
Remove from heat.
